Holistic psychotherapy and nature-based therapy

Holistic psychotherapy draws on contemporary neuroscience, somatic and narrative approaches, alongside the wisdom of nature-based traditions and Buddhist psychology. This integrative approach recognises that wellbeing and growth involve the whole person - mind, body, emotions, relationships, and our connection with the natural world.. It is a form of counselling, and at its heart, is essentially a compassionate conversation with someone trained to listen deeply, allow room for insight and support meaningful change.

I also offer nature-based therapy, indoors or outdoors, for individuals and groups. These sessions draw on the natural world as a source of insight, connection, and restoration.

My sessions are client-led, trauma-informed, and grounded in deep listening and compassionate presence. Together, we create a space to explore life's challenges, regulate the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your inner guidance system. My intention is to support greater clarity, resilience, ease, and vitality, while nurturing a deeper sense of wonder, meaning, and connection - to yourself, others, and the living world.

Sessions are can be 60-90 minutes - and available both online and in-person to individuals and couples. Please contact Lisa if you would like access to her booking link (or to request a concession or reduced rate). At the moment there is a special offer if you book a package of 3 sessions in advance .
